Question about using a new style to template-modified forum
Hello all.
When I bought/installed vB I was a real beginner and had no idea what to do for a style. I just made new child styles based on the default style, changed the colors/logos/post status icons. Well, I'd like to make my forum look a little more professional with custom styles. My question is that I have installed a lot of the template modifications, plugins and extensions from here. (from larger ones to the googlemap to the arcade). What work is involved with a new style, so it will be compatible with all the modifications, plugins and extensions I have previously installed? Do I need to reinstall these for the new template? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall for the new template? Is there a plugin that helps me do this? Is it impossible to do this? Any feedback is helpful so I know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks, and if you need further clarification on my question, just ask! |
