Any way of editing member profiles, etc, without going into AdminCP?

Just moved over from SMF, but one useful feature of that was ability to click on username in frontend and edit a lot of their profile information there and then.

So far I can only do that in vB if I enter the Admin CP... is there any way or extension/plugin for doing it without leaving the forum boards?
