Is there a mod to force to click a google ad before entering the site but i also need this disabling if your signed into the site so it wont anoy members thanks.

This is against the Google usage policy and if Google finds you doing it, they'll delete your account and take your earnings.

Not only is it against their policy, but it is unethical as well.

Major Terms of service violation w/ Google require clicks. Google will find your text that asks your user to click those ads.
