Application Module / Hack
 

I am looking for a custom Mod/Hack that will intergrate an simple application link on the front of my site. Upon clicking on the "Join Us" link on the front page, the member should be taken to a simple form that asks questions with a response area for each. Upon clicking on the submit button at the bottom, the application is then sent to a recruitment email address.

As far as admin abilities of this module goes, I just need the ability to add/delete/edit questions asked as well as edit a static text area above the application for announcements and and such that deal directly with applicants.

This post was made by someone else but i need the same thing and didnt know if anyone made it for him can someone let me know if they can do this or if it has been done. thank you.
