anyone know of an employment / job posting mod?
 

I'm looking to add a job posting section to my site. I searched but didn't find anything. Anyone know of an existing mod for this?

Anyone?? have installed vbclassified but it has far to many auction related fields that cannot be turned off.

Some good developer should contact all of us on this post and request USD 100 from each.
He/she should also make a post on the forum to see if more forum masters are interested.
Should be possible to set up a profitable good job from that.

It seems some here have tested it and found that it is not feasible as an employment module.

Perhaps someone can work on this classified mod and modify it to become an employment module?

It looks like it's fully capable of posting jobs to me. It's not an "employment" module so much as a "job opening list" module.

Yes, i'm looking for a good "proper" employment mod which can be integrated in vB 3.8.x

For people to apply, post resumes etc... lol! and also Admins can select which forum this should be in (forum based)

I too wanted a fully integrated professional job board and ended up paying a programmer to create a sessions integration with a job board software I already owned. I then skinned it to look like our forums.

The user must register at the forums first, be logged in, and then when they click the link to the job board, they are also logged in there too. Employers still need to log into the job board the normal way due to the way the job board handles their accounts.

It is a rather nice set up and has been running flawlessly for 6 months now. Take a look and see if this is what you are talking about.
