How do I add pictures that aren't avatars or smilies?
 

I am assuming that I add them through my FTP client, like everything else, but how do I actually get them on my site?

I made a folder for these pics, then uploaded them to /public_html/forums/images/pics but now what?

I am in the process of making pages and wanted to add pics to each page, etc. But don't want to add them as an avatar or smilie just to get them on my site. I know I am missing something and I am pretty sure its simple, I am learning all of this as I go and this is one thing I just can't figure out LOL
