Popup Message before banning user group

Hello I have some users on my forum which have bought some items and at times they can get out of hand and the mods do not look to see if they are paid I have them set as a group called VIP how can I make it so when a mod or admin ban someone in this group it will say something like This user is a paid customer are you sure you wish to ban this user and then click on yes or no to confirm.
