Birthday Fireworks?

Hi,

I have quite a few members on my forum, and i was wondering if its possible to have like fireworks on the index page of the forum when there is a birthday?

Like say if there was a birthday, fireworks go off every couple of minutes and say happy birthday? and they stop until the day if over.

Is that possilbe?
