Modifying Templates for Plugins
 
I am using some plugins which are working fine in the default template of vBulletin, but now I have uploaded some new templates and many of the plugins, like "BestWorst Thread of the day-Week-Month" and "My_Threads_Posts_Quicklinks_1.0_" are not working.

May I know how to modify the new templates like "family", "girltalk3" and "futura" that the plugins start showing?
