Admin Donate showing to regular users
 
My users have found an odd one...

If they are:

1. In a thread that an admin started, or
2. In the bank,

They can see Admin Donate in their points menu. If they select it, they're told they don't have permission to purchase the item.

But it's just odd that those would show up in just those two places!

I'm unable to replicate this issue. I've tried with my test account on vbplaza.com and Admin Donate doesnt show up anywhere, in the bank or a thread that an admin has started.
