Is this a modded version of this modification they're using, is this an addition available somewhere to copy and paste/download?

I'd love to have a similar system to that, but I can't figure if this AWS is the one I want?

I've searched this forum and not been able to find any real answers besides "try the AWS", so, I'm trying asking before I try installing!
