Help with Time

My site went down earlier and then I got an SQL problems through - presume as it was the whole site that it was a webhosting issue. Since then strange things have been happening on the site. The time has changed and even though its on the correct setting it is now one hour out. Also, some of the posts have appeared in the wrong order. Any suggestions would this be a hosting issue or a forum problem?
