Show signature on hack thread?

Just posted a little hack, I was a little annoyed to see that my signature did not show for it.

I went back to edit the hack, and lo, 'show my signature' was indeed ticked.

I'm beginning to see why many people make these annoying 'post reserved' replies, because they will at least show the person's signature.

Would it be possible for hack view to optionally show signatures? (I don't mind if it defaults to off)

Please no. There is enough info in a hack post as it is.

I agree! Some of them get really long especially when you have change logs and other stuff in them.

It's always handy to reserve the first post so you can use that for version information, screenshots and yes of course your signature.

I'm actually not keen on the "first post reserving" trend that we seem to have these days..

Each to their own though, I guess. :)

I only do it if I think I might end up with more screenshots than the original post allows.

Agreed. I don't think I want sigs in the main post.
