message editor problem

when i am in message editting (WYSIWYG) to send a message i can see smilies and other tools but i can not click them
how can i fix these problems :(

That happened to me once. It looked as if the editor was an image or something. What I did to correct it was reinstall my portal. It got messed up during the install.
