How do I remove the @ symbol in the email from line?

I can't seem to find it in the phrase system, hoping someone here could give me a pointer to which file this might be in.

What I'm talking about is when someone sends an email from one member to another. The from line will appear as:
"VodkaFish @ vBulletin.org Forum"

Just want to change that to a "-" or "from" something else.
