Need some advice please peeps
 

Hi peeps

I need some advice please?

My Host is over in the US and at present i cannot connect to them
due to my ISP (NTL) having a server issue.
This has resulted in anyone having NTL as thier ISP cannot connect to my
site....

I cannot even connect to my cPanel
I can connect to thier website and i can connect to other sites on other
severs that are with my host, I/We just cannot connect to my server/account.

I have spoke to NTL with regards to this issue, they say their looking into it.
I have spoken to my Host and have asked if they can change the IP on my
server but are not being very helpfull.....

Does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do please?

Connect via a proxy? I would try that.

I did try a few that NTL gave me but still could not connect...

I can connect using http://www.unipeak.com/ but it has very limited uses
due to not letting me connect to my cPanel nor AdminCP...

Theres also limited stuff i can do on my site with this site also :(

Do you have anything else in mind for the time being?

Bashy, are you still unable to access it? I have just tried and can access it just fine from here and I'm an NTL user too.

Yeah sorry i should have replied explaing whats happened...

It has been resolved now, I got my host to change the IP add of the server
Now all is well again ;)

I do have 1 issue though with regards to the profiles that do not list the IM

Then if ya look at mine http://www.bashys-place.com/forums/member.php?u=1 you will see its ok and thats cause i have my IM listed

I can't view the profiles as they are not visable to guests and I can't remember if I registered or not last time I accessed your site. Can you check if there is a registered user with my name? If not I'll register anyway, but no point in doing it twice.
