Merge or Delete Threads of same title by same user?

Is there any way to have the board Merge Or Delete threads if they have the same exact title posted by the same user?

There is probably a hack for this I'm just having trouble finding it.

OK so lets say the same user posted a thread twice and it had the same title both times... is there any way to merge those threads or delete one of them automatically?
