Jackpot
 
The jackpot doesn't seem to be working. I have it set at 10%. Is there anything else I need to change? Each games says Jackpot: 00.0000.

Did u set the game settings in ibProArcade's Game Editor to have an increasing jackpot?

Yes. It seems they are now increasing, but not right away. Is there a certain time that they are all updated?

It should increase soon as someone clicks on the Play button, as its not cached, maybe ur browser has cached the HTML page, try to refresh the main arcade screen after playing an arcade game.
