changed index file arcade not working
 

i changed the name of my index file to index2.php so cmps can use index.php
now my arcade isnt keeping highscore:confused:

why not just have the index.php file of your portal outside the forums directory?

so your portal would be /index.php
and forums would be /forums/index.php

thats how i used to work it and never had any problems :p

well i dont want to uninstall everything so do anybody have a solution

Did you change the setting in the vBulletin Options section?
ACP -> vBulletin Options ->Forums Home Page Option. Under the setting "Script Name for Forum Home Page" (top of the page) change index to index2.

TBH I don't know why the arcade score wouldn't save because of that though... if that's the case.

Take the code from the index plugin for the arcade and manually add it to the very top of your portal page on a new line after <?php

peterska2 do i take the code from arcade.php or the product manager

take it from the product manager

ok i sent you a message on yahoo im a rookie at this so this is what i think im suppose to do i go to the file i take the code out of product-arcade.xml then paste it on the cmps index file correct?
