Attachment Statistics

Hi, I'd basically like to take the attachment.php file and show it to my users, but it's in the admincp folder. Can anyone tell me how to put the top 10 attachment stats in, instead of the default of 5, and remove the [view post] [edit] and [delete] links? Or, is there already a comprehensive stats mod that I can use to show attachment statistics?
