Users able to edit posts in one forum only

Can I set one forum to allow the thread starter the ability to edit their own posts?
I don't want to let everyone edit globally.

I have a poker forum.
People list their home games.
As people ask to play, the host likes to create a list of players that are attending.
I would like them to be able to adjust this list, rather than reposting it everytime.
