I am assuming that your users are talking about when they try to login from your vBadvanced CMPS portal page.

Go into your ACP and add "profile.php" to your Header Replacements, NavBar Replacements, and Footer Replacements (you don't really need all three but better safe than sorry).

Search for profile.php over on vBadvanced.com for more info. ;)
