User list for a specific forum section

What I'd like to have is a way for users with access to a specific section to view the list of users in that same section. I can do this with a usergroup (all members are part of one usergroup) so is there a way built in (or a hack) that lets the members in that usergroup see a list of just those members in that same usergroup?
