What is vbBux / vbPlaza?
 
Ive seen there is much popularity around this mod, but there is not a single description about this mod for first time visitors??

Could someone explain it in full detail what this mod is?

Its a point system and forum shop. People get points for posting, replying, birthdays, etc... They can spend those points on forum things like glowy names, usergroup access, forum acesss etc...
