Link in template that doesnt pertain to webiste
 
I just started an affiliate type program on my forum and I added the ad to my forumhome template. The ad displays fine but when I try to add the link to the ad it always comes up www.mydomain.com/www.affiliate.com. How do I get around this?

make sure you put http:// in the link then it knows it is a different domain

No http:// it thinks that www.affiliate.com is a directory to your domain.
http:// knows that it is a different domain.
