User Logs for Admin/Mod purposes
 

Is it possible to make a kind of "dossier" where admins & mods can keep notes about their members. For example - if they change their username, notify us of a problem with their account etc we can log it in their usernotes.

A simple table that will store the date, user ID of the person who made the note, and the actual note.

Each time a new note is made, a new record is entered.

Also, if possible, a small link placed underneath each members avatar saying "User logs" that you can click on to view their logs (visible to admins & mods only).

I'm sure this will not be hard. Thanks a lot.
