Jump to first unread post
 

maybe i didn't feed the search engine correctly but is there a hack / plug for 3.5.4 which enables me to jump to my first unread post in a thread?

from my old board software i was used to have two jump options.

1. jump to last post
2. jump to my first unread post.

therefore i had 2 buttons next to each thread.

does it already exist?

It already exists - it's the buttom directly left of the thread title.

Thanks for the answer Paul but i wonder it does not work in my board. See whats happening:

I klick on the thread itself - jump to the thread start (of course).
I klick on the arrow in front of the thread - jump to the last post.
I klick on the arrow for the last post - jump to the last post (of course).

Could it be because i imported the whole board with ImpEx? Maybe some bug resulting out of it.

Definetely there should be posts in the meantime f.e. where i read the first 2 posts but not the rest. Whatever i klick i jump to the start or the end, nothing in between.

Any idea?
