Thread moderator?

Hello,

Is there any mod or anything I can do to give access to a user to edit a single thread that they made rather than have to give them access to as moderator to that entire forum?

Like a user made a post of downloads and I stickied it and now I need to give them access so they can update it at their will, but dont want to give any other access than that..

Could someone help me out, please
