Registered usergroups require all posts to be moderated.

How do i make it so tht certain user groups have to have their posts approved before its showed on the forums?

Admin CP > Groups > Usergroup Mgr
Look at the existing groups, select the one you want this to apply to, make sure "Edit Usergroup" is selected, then click 'go' next to the selected group.
Under "Post / Thread Permissions", change "Follow Forum Moderation Rules" to "no".
