ERROR - Mod can edit, user can't (NOT A PERMISSION PROBLEM)

Hey there tech support...

I am getting this error... for ONE user only. The user can edit their post fine... but when a moderator trys this error comes up.

Can anyone help?

seems like you have a bug in one of your additions

the username uses an ' which is not escaped
