A Sidebar on every site?
 
i'm looking for a sidebar like this: http://www.zweeper.de/thwb/index.php


mini calendar with last events.
statistik about the time the user spend in the board
shoutbox where only registered user can shout.


can somebody code something like this? or is there already something out there?

stop. wait. The sidebar mod you were just directed to is an empty sidebar that you are expected to have the knowledge and ability to fill with the content of your choice. It isn't a copy and paste sidebar with a calendar and the other things you want - nor was it designed to be.
