having problems with v1.1. cant get it to work!!!
 
im running the latest version of vbulletin.. and im 99% sure i did everything the readme told me to do. when i type in the /url to the install script, it takes me into the admin panel and everything but when i click on the link to install, nothing happens. i tried doing it in onther browsers too. nothing. its like the link doesnt work for some reason. when i try to bring up the home page, i just get the file index, ya know? anyone have any clue what im doing wrong?
