Lottery question
 
I have the following problem my forum has 120 members

and they love vbux/vbplaza ofcourse

But if some-one won the lottery it is allmost always the person that uys the first tickets.. for example some one wins the daily 3 days in a row.. and they get an pm if they won so they immediately buy new tickets and win again...

CMX do you have any idea how to fix this?

Its using a random number generation from php's, rand(0, $numtickets); , if they are always winning the first 3, its really the luck of the draw because php's rand() function does not always choose lower numbers, but random ones.
