Auto Importing photos from Forum DB

Hi,
i would like to know if there is a way gallery 2 (impossible) can automatically import photos members post in my VB3.0.x forum?
Or is there a script i can run as a cron job once a day to update so the gallery has all the latest photos posted in the forums?
Or is there any other method to achieve the same result?

i'm sure it would be a useful mod is someone hasnt done it already.
