Search and bbcodes

I was wondering if it was possible for someone to create a hack or give me instructions on how to disallow the search feature from linking to certain posts. Such as, I have a spoiler tag, and while I already have it setup so that it doesn't display the spoiler text in the previews of posts, it still searches and finds results from inside the tags. I don't want the search feature to do anything with any text inside that tag. If you need me to explain it better or differently just let me know.
