PM on Highscore beat showing in database when turned off

I was wondering I turned this off some time ago not to send a PM when highscore was beaten but it still sends them by the tons is this a mess up (bug) in the arcade or is their a personal setting somewhere I looked under settings and did not see one..some of the members have asked too thanks

The only thing I can see is in the arcade main settings about 17 lines down - arcade notifications which has a drop down box where you can pick which way you want to be notified - pm, email, or nothing.

Yeah I have it set to nothing but I am still getting them so is everyone else..

Ok I have done some investigating on this and hope someone can help me..I have the read PMs so when I got to read lastest 100 its almost all Highscore beaten but when I click to read it nothing I get a error saying PM does not exsist so..anyway was several PMs saying I had recieved them and I have not so I asked another mod have you gotten any PMs on highscore Beat she said NO so I went to my database and searched PMtext for Your Highscore got beaten and found

Search results for "Your Highscore got beaten" (all words):

6777 match(es) inside table pmtext

So leads me to believe even though the PMs are set to NO not to send notice it still is somehow we are not getting them through PMs they are not coming to our inbox but they are still showing up in the database and alot of them as you can see is there any way someone else can confirm this have theirs set to no and check to see if its still sending them via thier database and storing them this could get very large and I would have never knew about it..if it was not for the read PMs tipping me off they were still being stored somehow..

Thanks
