New users in different group than 'registered users'
If I wanted new users to be put into a group called 'new users' to be moved to the regular 'registered users' group after 10 posts, what should I do. Should I rename registered users 'new users' and then create a new group called 'registered users' and set up a promotion, or is there an easier way to do it?

Yes.
Usergroups > Promotions > "Add New Promotion" Fill out the fields as follows on the next page: "New Users usergroup" "Greater or Equal Than" "0" "0" "10" "Posts" "Primary Usergroup" "Registered Users" |
Thanks, thats what I thought but I was unsure.
