I want the following scenario:

1. Forum A, B, C, D with moderator

2. Users registration ask the moderator from forum A to allow post there

3. moderator from forum A allow or rejects the request, if allows the user will have the permission to reply all messages

How can I do it?

Basically, you have a forum where new members post in a specially designated forum, and this in turn shows whether they are serious about becoming good members at your forum. If they are and a Moderator accepts them, they are allowed to post at B, C and D.

This is (to my knowledge) only available manually. For example, a Staff member with the exclusive task of moving members to a new usergroup if they are good enough to stay on as more important members, and PM that Moderator. You would need to change the usergroup permissions under Forum Manager, however.
