Merging event forums hack and event attendance hack?!
 
I like to use event forums and event attendance hacks, but they do not work together.

Event forums hack works correctly, but event attendance doesn' t work at all. You only see the "I will be attending this event!" link if you click the calendar day. But if you click on it, you will only be redirected to the event thread. Your attendance will not be stored.

I have the same problem and same wish! Is there anyone who could shed some light on this? I have been testing, trying etc. a lot of things, but I don't seem to get it going somehow... Thanks for any possible insights!
