Hack Request - Thread display like vb.org
 
I was wondering if it is possible for anyone to create a hack that makes the thread a person makes apear like vb.org when you post a hack or something. Like where it shows the thread above all the posts and everything.

well I don't want the download stuff, I want the way the thread is set up. Where the thread is displayed on all pages above all the replies.

I can't figure out what the Gars does. But the First post one is right. However can you explain to me the Gars? In laymen's terms.
