Setting anchor's in webdesign....

Hey there!

Is there a way of ahchoring the bottom of a page so that it sticks to the bottom of the browser?

Ive requested help at http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=179992, but the ways suggested just dont work :(

Anyone got any other script ideas?
