exclude advanced search from guest?

Is there a way to not allow guest to use the advanced search?

I'm trying to come up with ways to encourage lurkers to join and I was thinking that it would be nice to take away advanced search from guest and only allow registered or premium members use advanced search.

Is this possible or easy to do? Thanks
