Notice on these sites, what appears to be an advanced member search, and photo to the 'top members'? I can't seem to find the mods in the database. Can someone find them and install them for me? I pay fair rates via paypal. Thanks.

try searching at www.vbadvanced.com and see if they have custom modules for those hacks.
