Forgive the stupid question, however, during installation, some members received points, while others did not?

Why did that happen? Is there a way to clear all points and start everyone at zero?

If there is no way to clear the points, is there anyway to run something so that everyone who should have received points does so?

Yup...I too was looking for that and a similar option of simply removing points. Since we can give points away by mass or donation I'd figure a removal option for Usergroups and individual users would be an option. I know in vBookie you can do so via SQL Query such as:

The "x" is the cash amount while the "y" is the ID. I wonder if there's a way to incorporate a command similar to this as a temporary solution, unless it's already an existing setting in the mod?

I would think there would be a querry at the very minimum, however, I either need to clear everyone's points or something as it is not fair some people received credit for registration and some did not...very weird!

Alright, I have found how to clear all the points...just go into Mass Points Giveaway and you will see it :)

Cool. Those options I've seen but what I would like is the option to reduce points based on Usergroup or ID. The only option in vbPlaza Admin CP is to set points and bank to "0".

vbBux -> Mass Points Giveaway -> At the bottom there are 2 options, 1 will reset the bank points to 0 and the other will reset the user's points to 0.
