[REQUEST] Picture Voting
 
I have a parenting website and am in desperate need of this modification. I have one that was working with IPB that the person can look at. I need it to be incorporated with the member database, as well as only allowing 1 vote a day per person. I need the voting to be logged, and able to be pruned. I do monthly contests so I would need to be able to approve and delete each applicant myself. Also, the voting would be through admin panel and not viewable.

If this is something that others could use and somebody is interested, I am wiling to pay for this. Thank you a BUNCH to anybody who helps me with this.
