Issues with Avatar Uploads
 
Per suggestion in the old thread, I turned off "Can Upload Profile Pic" and "Can Upload Avatar" in the Usergroup manager to force people to spend points to add those items. However, when I did so and then tried to buy a picture, I got this huge error list.

And then a VB message of "Your file of 351 Bytes bytes exceeds the forum's limit of -1 Bytes for this filetype."

Any ideas?

1.5.2. Was this in 1.5.3 and just didn't make the changelog?

Not sure, try updating to 1.5.3 and if it still exists I may have to see some settings in your Admin CP for Usergroups.

Seems to be happier...at least, it works for me the admin. We'll see if it hiccups on anyone else!

Well, now that people have been banging on it for a bit...

The whole littany of errors is gone, but the VB error is still there.

The admin login is the same as what you used to debug the lottery issue on max tix (I just changed my SN here).

Do u have any settings for usergroups to be able to upload files? Maybe it still sees the file size allowed to upload as negative 1?

As far as the login, I do not save the logins to each site I debug for security reasons alone, please resend the info.

Sorry, been working on other projects...

I set it at the usergroup level "Can Upload Custom Avatar" as No, per the other thread. Is there somewhere else that this should be set?

There are settings for the usergroup in Usergroup Manager that specify the maximum filesize that they are allowed to upload, what is this value?
