imported_username??
 

I've had a vbulletin site for about 3 years now and recently bought a new vb license for my new site. When I tried to update my email address to my email address that I ordered the new license with, I was told that the email address was already in use.

So I hit the 'forgot password' link and entered that email address, then received an email with the details of an account I didn't create, this one I'm using now. So obviously these details have been imported from somewhere, but where??

Where do these imported_username accounts come from? Any chance of mergin my two accounts (Tim356 and imported_Tim356)?

It will be from when vb.org and vb.templates merged last year.

I thought imported_tim was cool. Somewhat exotic. Ah well now your just plain old tim.
