Multiple Ips detection
 

Hello, This hack detects if a user has more than one conection at the same time, this is, if he is sharing the account.

There is a similar and complex plugin in https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=109315 but it does not work for me :(

I have tested it only in my board that is vb3.5.3, so I post it as beta.
I have made this hack with the help of PHPGeek2k3, so he is coauthor with me.
It adds no queries if the user is not in detectable usergroups, it adds 1 query if he has only 1 IP. It adds 5 queries as much but for a few users. If the users are many, you need this hack :)

Notes:
1) Remember to backup your database before.

2) In my country users have one IP and only one. If this is different in your country, This hack is not for you.

1.1: PHPGeek2k3 has released a improved version with random/selected password, optional email/PM to admin and email to user.

Very interesting hack, though this will not notice the difference between sharers and people who got a dynamic IP; am I right?

Hello, I have the detection time in 90", I think is a short time.
How much time needs a dynamic IP to change and reconnect?

strange, after I've added the product, two of my other modifications stopped to work

"Latest Threads on Forum Home" and "Forum Stats, Total Online, Get Newest Member Name"

both also have the Hook Location : global_start
