weird search issue
I've searched around the bugs area a bit and tried many things on my board but I'm having a weird issue.
I have a few private forums and categories, one is accessable to only admins, the other to admins and another custom membergroup. Anyway, when any user searches the board, like hits new post or runs a custom search, it considers them as "active" in the forum. say i have 6 people running a search (in any usergroup) it will say they are 6 people viewing that board and list their usernames, but show their last activity as searching. I have made it so that those usergroups cannot search those boards, and denied ALL aspects of them being able to access it via forum permissions. All my other boards seems to be fine, its just these new private ones I've created in the last 2 weeks. My version is 3.5.4 Thanks for any advice or help. |
