please look at my header
 

Although my graphic ability isn't very good, I made a header for my website. youradultworld.com but I had to add a few pixels of the background color to the left edge of my header to make it line up correctly and not look broken.

The problem is when I make the browser size less wide (by just adjusting the size of your browser) when it gets smaller the header becomes misaligned with the body.

Would someone please see what I'm talking about and if you have an answer I'd love to hear from you. :) Thanks in advance.

You are using the default header code with your own images. You have your banner aligned to the left with an empty data row on the right. I would lose the empty data row and center the logo. That should help.
